Welcome to Legend Hollow HOA Website! The HOA for Legend Hollow is a non-profit Corporation that governs the neighborhood Legend Hollow. As a reminder, this website is offered as a value added service of information. None of the information is to be considered the official Governing Documents or Minutes of the Corporation. Items may have been updated, and are only considered official when received from the Managing Agent, which is managed through our association management company, Diamond Association Management & Consulting, or DAMC. An important factor of the HOA is the Architectural Control Committee, ACC, which must review all improvements and new construction within Legend Hollow. Please submit plans 30 days prior to the commencement of the project. Be aware that any projects started or completed without the approval of the ACC may be subject to be removed at your expense and converted back to its original state of compliance. Trying to attempt the "First Initial Login" on the homepage will not work without knowing your new DAMC HOA ID Number.
